Tablet and capsule counting machines. Accurate counting and filling of tablet, capsules and soft gel capsules for present count into containers.

Capping machines (Screw, inline, press and rotary capper). Cap placement over filled containers.

Tablet inspection system. Countec vision system developed to detect broken tablet, colour and size defection.

Unscrambling and air cleaner machines. Align random bottles fed trough hopper and cleaned by air cleaner after bottle invert.

Silica gel inserting machine. Single/multiple insertion of sachet / canister drum desiccant into cleaned containers.

Inserting machine for cotton, sponge paper, PE film. Cutting and insertion of cotton / rayon / paper / sponge / PE film of present length into containers

Induction sealing machine. Enabling sealing of filled containers to prevent pilferage and enhance shelf life.

Induction seal verification system. Quality of the induction sealing is inspected by thermal image control.

Retorquer. Re tightening of caps to prescribed torque after induction sealing.

Labeling machine. Placement of product labels with printed coding on filled containers.

Outserter. Placement of leaflet on top of container cap / body.

Cartoning machine. Automatic insertion of filled containers / leaflet into cartons.

Bundling machines. Collation and bundling of finished container into required configuration for easy packing and transportation.
